The 1961 3hp Evinrude is a one owner motor, used only a couple of times in the summer of ’61,
then stored. It is in immaculate condition, original paint and decals. Runs like new…………..
The 1962 Johnson 3hp is also a motor that has been used only a couple of times during the years.
When I took it apart to change impeller it was all shiny inside, even the drive axle.
The 1962 and 1966 3 hp Evinrudes has repainted fueltanks and new decals, otherwise original.
Yes, the 1966 one has 1963 decals on it, could not find the right decals for that year.
The 1959 5.5 Evinrude Golden Jubilee is all original in paint and decals.
Had been in storage for at least 20 years when I got hold of it.
It is now restored mechanically and works great.
The 1958 Johnson 7.5 hp is a real creampuff that I bought just a couple of weeks ago.
The previous owner had worked on a marine shop and kept some nice old motors that he had
traded in over the years. I guess the pictures speaks for themselves regarding the overall condition of this motor……………..
I restore all my motors in my collection mechanically so they are ready to take for a spin anytime.
It is a “working” museum so to say.
Thank you so much for the great pictures !
